Do you have trouble getting to sleep at night? Do you wake up early in the morning? Do you spend the night tossing and turning? The aim of this course is to help improve your understanding of sleep and ways of dealing with sleep problems. Check out CMHA – Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary Region’s ‘A Good Nights Sleep’ course which covers the effectiveness of your current sleep routine, and identify various ways to improve your sleep.

Although it is available throughout the year, next course dates are:

  • Tuesdays 6pm – 8pm, October 23 – 30, 2018 – CMHA Green Classroom
  • Thursdays 2pm – 4pm, November 1 – 8, 2018 – CMHA Blue Classroom
