Some people find it hard to get tasks started. When a task is set, you may think you have lots of time, so you forget it for a while, until it becomes urgent. When you decide to start a task, you find it hard to settle down and find lots of other “more important” things to do. Hours go by… and suddenly it’s too late to start. CMHA – Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary Region offers the ‘Challenging Procrastination’ course which explores what leads to procrastination, how you can overcome it, and ways to use organizational tools to sustain productivity.
Although it is available throughout the year, next course dates are:
- Wednesday, 1pm – 4pm October 24, 2018 – CMHA Orange Classroom
- Friday, 10am – 1pm, November 2, 2018 – CMHA Blue Classroom
