Everything that goes into your body has the potential to affect your mood. CMHA – Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary Region’s ‘Food and Mood’  course will help you to identify foods that nourish your body and soul.You will develop an understanding about nutrition, good health and energy, and explore how to best achieve optimal health and wellbeing. This course will offer tools to increase your energy levels, add nutrients to support increased positive daily moods, and improve your overall wellbeing.

Although it is available throughout the year, next course dates are:

  • Wednesdays, 2pm -4pm, October 24 – November 7, 2018
  • Fridays, 10am – 2pm, November 23 – December 7, 2018
