  • Show + Sale Registration – Spring 2017

    The ACAD Students’ Association (ACADSA) invites you to participate in Show + Sale, our semi-annual art market. Each sale attracts over 1,500 customers and provides emerging artists with a tremendous opportunity to showcase and sell their professional work in a public retail setting. The upcoming sale will be held March 23-25, 2017.

    How Can I Participate?

    Step 1: Students register their interest to participate through our online form before midnight on Monday, February 6, 2017.

    The online form can be found at: https://form.jotform.com/ACADSA/show-sale-registration

    Step 2: If the registered student has submitted work in the Winter 2016 Show + Sale, they will automatically move on to Step 3. Students who did not participate in the Winter 2016 Show + Sale are required to attend a mandatory workshop designed to introduce them to the policies and procedures of Show + Sale. The workshop will be held in the Stanford Perrott Lecture Theatre and attendance is taken. Please let us know before the event if you are unable to attend.

    Spring 2017 Inventory Workshop
    Thursday, February 9, 2016 | 1:45-2:45 pm

    This workshop will introduce students to the logistical side of Show + Sale, specifically the online inventory submission process. Topics include how to finalize registration online, attaching sales tags to inventory and successful price-points from previous sales.

    Step 3: Once we have finalized registration numbers, an inventory submission sheet and link to online submission form will be emailed on February 14th to students who fulfilled the registration requirements. Participation registration is not complete until your submission form has been received. Deadline for Inventory Submission is February 27 @ midnight.

    ABOUT

AUArts SA offers the events calendar as a service to students and the campus community.

AUArts SA does not specifically endorse every event, organization, or individual.

All event submission will be held in a queue until approved by an AUArts SA staff member. AUArts SA may not approve or delist any event at its discretion. To help your event be approved it must meet the following criteria:

  • Submitted from a representative of an on-campus group, department, or organization.
  • The Event must be open to the campus and/or community members.

The approval may take 2-3 business days so you must give as much advance notice as possible.

AUArts SA reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
