Health + Wellness
The ACADSA Health + Wellness Program is an all-encompassing initiative that promotes mental health through awareness of a sustainable balanced lifestyle. Through the promotion of workshops that are centered on physical, nutritional, social, and sexual health ACADSA aims to increase student knowledge of these topics. ACADSA will also be focusing on areas that contribute to the stress levels of students such as financial and academic concerns, ensuring that students have opportunities to address these concerns through an engaged learning experience. There are many factors that contribute to student wellness and by implementing a program that aims to achieve a balance between these various factors the ACADSA Health + Wellness Program strives to create a more knowledgeable and proactive student community.
