Student Group Application Information

NEW GROUP APPLICATIONS

* Submission for new groups are closed for the 2018 – 2019 year as ACADSA restructures the Student Groups program. If you want to re-establish a Student Group or Gallery from the 2017-18 academic year, you are able to apply as a continuing group. For a list of past groups, see the archive list at bottom of Student Groups Main Page

CONTINUING GROUP APPLICATIONS

  1. Please submit your report for the most recent period through the Student Group Report + Funding Application button below. If your group is applying for funding for the upcoming period please fill out the funding section on the form.
  2. Upload an updated Student Groups Budget Form for the Financial Report* 
    • *Your projected revenue for the period in which you are requesting funds should be updated in the same budget form as your reported expenses/revenue from the previous period.
  3. Watch your email for updates on your Student Group!

P1 – Summer – May 1st, 2018 – September 30th, 2018

  • P1 Funding application + Group information due April 30, 2018
  • P1 Report due September 30, 2018

P2 – Fall – October 1st, 2018 – January 20th, 2019

  • P2 Funding application + Group information due September 30, 2018
  • P2 Report due January 20, 2019

P3 – Winter – January 21st, 2019 – April 30th, 2019

  • P3 Funding application + Group information due January 20, 2019
  • P3 Report due April 30, 2019
